learn about our Scottish Highland Cattle, while seeing how we ranch and
enjoying a fulfilling meal. See the beauty of Northern New Mexico from
behind the tractor and out in the pasture. Wildlife species regularly
seen on the ranch include: Elk, deer, coyotes, herons, eagles, magpies,
geese, fox, several varieties of ducks, songbirds and migratory birds.
While we can't control what you will see because they are
wild, we'll make every attempt to show you, from a comfortable
distance, the wildlife and birds that call Soaring Eagle Ranch home.
